By accessing or using the services provided by Jaffery Designs ("Digitizing"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We provide professional digitizing and embroidery-related services, including:

• Embroidery digitizing — converting artwork into machine-readable embroidery files

• Vector art conversion — transforming raster images into scalable vector formats

• Logo digitizing — creating embroidery-ready logos from any source artwork

• Patch design and production — custom embroidered patches for various applications

• Screen printing setup — preparing artwork for screen printing processes

• Custom embroidery design — creating original designs tailored to client specifications

Our streamlined order process ensures quality and satisfaction:

• Quote — Submit your design and requirements for a free, no-obligation quote

• Approval — Review and approve the quoted price and estimated turnaround time

• Payment — Complete payment to begin production (payment required before work starts)

• Production — Our expert digitizers create your embroidery-ready files

• Delivery — Receive your completed files via email or secure download link

• Turnaround: Rush orders completed in 2–4 hours; standard orders within 24 hours

Transparent pricing with flexible payment options:

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

• Payment is required in full before production begins on any order

• Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer

• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for orders with significantly altered requirements

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• Unlimited minor revisions are included with every order at no additional cost

• Minor revisions include color adjustments, density tweaks, and small design modifications

• Major redesigns that substantially alter the original scope may incur additional charges

• Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of file delivery

To ensure the best results, please adhere to our file requirements:

• Accepted formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, PSD (high resolution preferred)

• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI for raster images; vector files preferred

• Files should be clear, well-labeled, and include any specific instructions

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use submitted artwork

• We are not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from client-submitted files

Clear ownership of designs and creative work:

• Clients retain full ownership of their original designs and artwork

• Upon payment, clients receive full rights to use the completed digitized files

• We may retain samples of completed work for our portfolio unless the client objects in writing

• Portfolio use will not include client names or identifying information without explicit consent

We maintain reasonable limits on our liability:

• Jaffery Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order

• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

• Clients are responsible for testing completed files before production use

Your satisfaction is our priority:

• Full refund available if you are unsatisfied with the delivered files within 7 days of delivery

• Partial refund provided for incomplete work or work that does not meet agreed specifications

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

• Revision requests should be attempted before requesting a refund

Either party may terminate the working relationship:

• Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice

• Outstanding payments for completed work are due immediately upon termination

• We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms

• Upon termination, all completed work will be delivered to the client upon payment of outstanding balances

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan:

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts

• Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal legal action
